Q: Do I have to refer members to receive discount pricing?
A: At-cost pricing is available to all members regardless if they refer other Members.

Q: Where do I login? 
A: Go to your POW website, in the Top right corner you will see the Login link. Click on the link and then enter your username and password you provided at the time of signing up with POW. Use the links on that page if you still need assistance. You must also have Microsoft's Silverlight installed to view some pages in the back office. We did this to make your back office look great and load quickly. It’s a free and quick download. Click Here to install Silverlight

Q: What is the email address to support?

Q: What is the Gold Spot Price?
A: It is the current price of gold. It is used globally as a benchmark for buying and selling gold. Other factors are considered when finding price points such as gold's form (bullion, jewelry, bars,etc) and the volume of the sale.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: POW pays weekly on all cycle bonuses and Fast Start Bonuses. Checks are mailed out 8 days after the close of each pay period.

Q: How old do I have to be before becoming an Associate of POW?
A: You must be 18 years of age to become an Associate with POW.

Q: Is POW open in other countries?
A: No, we only do business in the USA at this time.

Q: Can I advertise or make my own business cards?
A: Yes, you can make your own business cards and advertise. Once you sign up with us, you'll be directed to a training and social networking site specific for POW Members. Advertisements may be reviewed by Preservation of Wealth and should be in line with corporate ideology.

Q: What does Active mean?
A: An Active Associate is responsible for creating 100 BV by either referring a Membership sale or through coin purchases.

Q: Are there or monthly sales requirements to earn commissions?
A: No and there will never be. If someone would like to purchase more coins, they may at anytime without restriction or requirements. This is a great example of how we keep things simple.

Q: How do I earn a commission with POW?
A: POW pays 2 types of commissions. The first is a Fast Start Commission which is paid through a line of sponsorship through 3 levels.  When someone refers a Membership sale to POW, we share some of the profit directly with the people that were responsible for that sale. We pay $100 to the person that referred the sale, $10 to their sponsor and another $10 to their sponsor's sponsor. The second type of commission is through group sales. Associates qualify for this type of commission by activating and assigning 100 BV into both sides of their referral network. These sides are typically referred to the left / right teams or A / B sides. When team sales accumulate to 500 BV with a minimum of 200 BV on either side, qualified associates earn a commission check of $60. Associates may earn up to $10,000 per week. By coupling the two aspects of our commission plan, we feel this is the best way to reward our referral network.

Q: How does POW promote its products?
A: We promote our products through our Referral Network. In lieu of traditional advertising methods, we simply pay people that refer customers. All of our sales must go through an associate’s website (indicated by the 'store name'..

Q: What forms of payment does POW accept?
A: We accept Visa & MasterCard. Please do not mail in any type of payment.

Q: Is the POW site protected and secure for transactions?
A: Absolutely yes. The site, back office and all transactions are secure. We utilize a SSL, the same way banks and other secure sites do (128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange, etc). Look for the Yellow Lock at the bottom of your browser window.

Q: When referring people to my website, what address do I use?
A: You use the unique website URL which you created during the “Join Now” process. That link is location in your BackOffice dashboard on the settings tab.The web site address is the POW web address followed by a forward slash and your “Store Name”.

Q: Do I have to sell memberships in order to buy gold and silver without markup?
A: No. It's that simple.
